Samsung UN46D6000 46-Inch 1080p 120Hz Extended HDTV
Having owned the tv screen and enjoyed the idea thoroughly for about Eight weeks I must say that its a very nice TV for your $. I searched and compared several models and side-by-side the Samsung top quality could not be matched up. The apps characteristic is sub elemen as there are few beneficial ones and the just 2 that I often use are Video on demand,Pandora and of course the smart features of being able to access my external drive directly for music and video are usually nice. The number one feature that should be on this collection is an internet browser considering that 50% of the TV We watch is buffering TV shows that I skip (and are not available via Netflix, or Hulu). Nevertheless there are no shortage associated with HDMI ports and so i hook up to the laptop in order to stream browser content since Samsng felt that an internet connected Television need not have a visitor to actually consume world wide web content (they felt child’s cartoon apps had been more useful).
The actual speakers are alright if sitting close and have a small room but fall short of true surround or excellent sound quality Samsung UN46D6000 so Now i’m using a Yamaha home theater system to solve that.
All in all I am just very happy with the acquire.
